Co-organisers of the show 'The Federation of British Bonsai Societies' represent over 50 Bonsai societies helping them to promote and inform the public and bonsai enthusiast alike about activities on the British bonsai scene.
F.o.B.B.S. helped establish a National Bonsai Collection at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, (our registered charity and co-hosts) and over the years, has organised a number of national and international conventions and exhibitions.
The 'British International Bonsai Show' (BiBs) is aimed at placing Bonsai on a far larger stage than ever before in this country, bringing together talented artists and Bonsai professionals together from across the world. If successful, the Federations' intention is to make this a bi-annual exhibition.
The organisation also maintains a high profile by exhibiting at selected horticultural events, most notably the R.H.S. Chelsea Flower Show at which it has achieved numerous Gold Medal Awards for its’ bonsai displays.

HOW TO ENTER YOUR TREE FOR CONSIDERATION OF EXHIBITION
FoBBs Bonsai Society registration
Member societies simply need to register their intention to provide a display and to reserve the exhibition space they will require. There will be no cost to the society, providing each can provide at least two personnel to act as part-time show marshals once their set-up is complete. We would ask these attending societies to undertake volunteer work during each of the show days, whilst also overseeing the clean and correct display of their own established exhibition.
2 exhibitor/volunteer passes are provided with each society display of 2 tables.
Additional society passes are available at reduced rates through to December 31st 2020. Each society will be encouraged to sell public tickets at these reduced rates to gain valuable additional income for themselves.
Each society is responsible for their own costs in putting on their display at the venue and for any 'out-of-pocket' expenses and accommodation related to the event.
Please see your committee to discuss participation.
